Judgment Day

On April 23, 2007 Manuela Mihailescu filed a small claim action against Town of Rochester Town Board. Manuela had her day in Court on June 26. On August 1, 2007 — after hearing the proof and facts between the parties and deliberating thereon — the Court decided in favor of Manuela Mihailescu. Here is the judgment.
