16 waivers for Homeland Towers!
What gives?

It certainly makes one wonder what goes on when our Town Board meets behind closed doors in executive session.

Daily Freeman Corespondent William J. Kemble expressed his concerns about the Town Board violating the Open Meetings Law when it decided to meet in executive session to discuss Homeland Towers at the April 5th meeting.

Republican Councilman Ron Santosky rightly refused to enter into this executive session due to his concern of violation of the Open Meetings Law.

The thought of the Town even considering granting waivers to provisions of our Cell Tower Code to a company that has not even completed one municipal cell tower project as far as we know of to date makes us really wonder what is going on behind closed doors when our Town Board meets in executive session.
