G.R.I.P. Forms as Grassroots Property Rights Organization

The Gardiner Residents for Individual Property Rights (GRIP) has formed to give a voice to property owners and taxpayers in Gardiner. The grassroots organization will focus on keeping individual property rights, preventing unneeded tax increases and government growth, and stopping restrictive zoning in Gardiner.

One of GRIP's first objectives is to speak out against bonding for open space by the Town of Gardiner at the upcoming August 8 Town Board public hearing.
