Boards for all or Boards for none.

'Rochester First' was a Trojan horse that smartly turned local pet peeves into special interest demands. If you want to understand how people could love stone houses, yet disrespect the human spirit that built them, realize their sense of value comes only from the tactile, and their vision is limited to their politics.

Before elections, the lie "All in Town Hall are going to jail" was constantly repeated to create an enemy which hatred, bigotry, and ridicule could be used against. Marxism strives to control a common person's logic, yet shrivels from common sense.

In this town's past history when one petitioned a Board, the request was gauged not by a divide and conquer attitude, but by a Board member recognizing a neighbor. That was the big deal of old cronyism; an attempt to protect the community from pushy strangers.

A new cronyism flourishes in Rochester thanks to the left's broken promise of inclusiveness. New one-sided political Boards given powers to punish. Rather then put commies and red necks on any Board together, someone's narrow mind stacks the open slots with weekenders, who are unable to show up for normal weekday meetings. Pam Duke put Max Finestone to chair the Environmental Board. Google: back in the fifties Mr. Finestone drove the Rosenbergs around as they stole the secrets of the atomic bomb. Because they didn't trust America, their demonic stupidity now threatens all of us. Giving Mr. Finestone control in local politics is like putting a pedophiliac in charge of daycare. Why do you think Max's buddy, Steven Fornal chairs the Planning Board, refusing to say the Pledge of Allegiance and spouting 'progressives' wanted only? Of course, an unbalanced, destructive vision is the prerogative of the Supervisor. When four local business persons volunteered their expertise to different Boards and were shown they weren't wanted because of their political beliefs, they could only marvel at Ms. Duke's ineptness. But when Ms. Duke allowed her Supervisory position to use porno to smear a woman simply because of that woman's politics, politics simply becomes the tool for getting the irresponsible out.

Blinded by narcissism and practiced in the art of moral relativism, Ms. Duke thinks she can do no wrong. She offers no apology and a weak excuse by shifting the blame onto her love for the 'residents.' To protect her bad judgment, Ms. Duke cancels public comment periods, calls in State Troopers, rallies her poison pen friends and pretends nothing happened. It seems Ms. Duke lacks the ability to understand: ignoring a problem, does not make it go away.
